Russell Crowe appeared as a Superman and as superhero's dad

Well, he's not really your father's Jor-el.. But, in the latest Superman adaptation, "Man of
Steel" (not to be confused with "Buns of Steel"), Russell Crowe is playing the superhero's dad.
